reference No. 605 / Vol 2. on June 7,1970. Pursuant to amendment contract authenticated at the Ministry of Justice, - Real Estate Registration and

Authentication Department - in the State of Kuwait under reference No.14 / Vol. 7 on February 8, 2005, the Company’s legal entity was changed to Kuwaiti

Shareholding Company and the Company’s name was changed to be “Burgan Company for Well Drilling, Trading and Maintenance K.S.C. (Public)".

The Company’s shares are listed on Kuwait Stock Exchange on December 5, 2005.
